Welcome to Tela Designs Store’s Shipping Policy! We are committed to providing you with timely and efficient delivery of your orders. Below you’ll find information about our shipping rates, regions we serve, and our policies to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Shipping Rates and Methods

  • Domestic Shipping (USA):
    We offer a variety of shipping options for orders within the United States, U.S. territories, including P.O. Boxes, all US Military bases, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping method selected at checkout. Based on the items in your order, you may receive your items in different packages and delivery times. This is beyond our control due to the vendors we work with. Shipping timees will vary and is shown on the product page.

    We proudly ship to several international destinations where available and noted.

    International shipping rates are determined by the destination country and the size and weight of the order. Delivery times vary by location and may range from 5 - 10 business days or otherwise noted. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pickup

  • Available Locations:
    We offer local pickup options for select areas for our Recaptured Classics collection items only. If you are in a location eligible for pickup, you can choose this option at checkout. Once your order is ready, we will provide you with pickup instructions and schedule options.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days based on the bank hold time. Once cleared, orders will be processed accordingly. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

  • Order Tracking:
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your shipment progress online.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy:
    The return and refund time starts from the date that the order is delivered to the customer and notated by the courier. Some items are not eligible for exchange. See the individual product page. Please refer to the sizing chart to ensure exact size. Items not eligible for exchange means that you would have to go through the refund process and purchase the item again in a new size or preference. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Certain items, including, but not limited to Recaptured Classics collection items, gift cards, monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, personal hygiene risk items such as bathing suits, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If for any reason your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the package and damaged item within 1 day of its arrival.
  • European Union and Standards Policy:

In compliance with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), Tela Designs Store and Tela Designs Store ensure that all consumer products offered are safe and meet EU standards. Delivery Issues

  • Missing or Damaged Items:
    If you receive a damaged item or if your order is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly. Please include your order number and photos of any damage when contacting us.
